Fair & Balanced

Don't ask me how I ended up on the fox news website today but I noticed that their tagline seriously is "Fair & Balanced"

Now, while I'm surely a liberal, I would never suggest that any highly political tv station is fair and balanced. When did it become OK to blatantly lie about what you represent?
